Announcing new adult courses at Acting Out School of Performance and Visual Arts in Beachwood.

 Fundamentals of Acting (adult)
 Jan. 13-Feb. 24, 2007
 Saturday
 10am-2pm
 $325 per 7 week session (28 hours)

 This class teaches the basics of acting:  characterization, diction,
 movement, improvisation, monologue and scene study.  We will work to make
 students comfortable with appearing in front of an audience.

 Scene Study I (adult)
 Jan. 9--Feb. 22, 2007
 Tuesday, Thursday
 6:30pm-8:30pm
 $325 per 8 week session (28 hours)

 This class is concerned with duet scenes:  how to work with a partner, how
 to listen and how to respond; how to give your partner what is needed.

 Characterization (adult)
 Jan. 8-Feb. 28, 2007
 Monday, Friday
 6:30pm-8:30pm
 $300 per 8 week session (32 hours)

 This class is for the more advanced actor.  It looks at various methods to
 discover how a character works and how to make choices as to what conveys
 the character most vividly to the audience.
