Clague Playhouse announces the opening of the comedy, An Empty Plate in the Cafe Du Grand Bouef, by Michael Holinger on January 12 and running through February 4, 2007.

  The warm, funny story of the owner, and sole patron, of a cafe who decides to starve himself to death because of a lost love.  His staff, who depends upon his appetite for their employment tries to change his mind.
