Cleveland Public Theatre (CPT) is currently looking for a few fresh
faces to complete our House Management team. =20

The House Managers at CPT help create an extremely positive and
welcoming experience for all CPT patrons.  As a House Manager for CPT,
you will be in charge of the overall safety and security of the audience
by facilitating the patron traffic flow in and out of the house,
ushering, seating and ticket collection. You will also be required to
open and close the building to patrons, supervise the ushers, oversee
program distribution and manage all patron concerns.=20

People skills are an absolute MUST along with a pleasant and
professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills and prioritizing
skills are needed.  The house manager is responsible for being familiar
with and enforcing all front of house policies.=20

Qualifications include customer or patron services and the ability to
work evenings Thursday - Friday and Sunday afternoons. =20

=20

There is a stipend for this position.
