Service Technician
Cleveland, OH

A full-time technical position to service electrical and electronic
equipment. Based in Cleveland office; regional travel required. Must own
dependable transportation with good driving record. Responsibilities
include servicing theater lighting and dimming equipment in field, bench
repair, handling customer calls for parts, service, repair and assisting
with equipment engineering for Project and Product sales.

Excellent customer service skills are a must. 3-5 years in electronic
and electrical bench repair or previous business experience in a similar
capacity is preferred, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Technical
Theatre or degree from a certified electronics school or its equivalent.
Applicants with extensive professional component level troubleshooting
and repair experience will also be considered. Knowledge of lighting
systems and their proper application is desirable.

Assistant Rental Shop Manager

A full-time position, responsible for assisting the Shop Manager in
expediting required operations. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented job
where organizational skills are a must. Responsibilities include, but
aren't limited to, supervision of in-shop crews, assisting with training
in shop methods and on rental equipment, accurate and timely pulling of
rental orders, customer loading and unloading, assist in deliveries and
pickups, and maintain shop equipment and accurate inventory.

experience with theatrical lighting, especially fixtures and portable
dimming systems, is required. Basic rigging and carpentry skills are
helpful, as is touring or "road-house" experience. A valid driver's
