Weathervane Playhouse Announces

AUDITIONS - BY APPOINTMENT for

THE FULL MONTY

Directed by Jacqi Loewy

Weathervane Playhouse will hold AUDITIONS BY APPOINTMENT for THE FULL =
MONTY the musical by Terrence McNally and David Yazbek. Auditions will =
be held at Weathervane Playhouse, 1301 Weathervane Lane (in the Valley =
off Merriman Road) on Monday and Tuesday, March 5 & 6 starting at 7 p.m. =
Auditioners are asked to prepare 1 ballad and 1 uptempo song. Bring =
sheet music in the correct key; an accompanist will be provided. Men =
must be comfortable with dancing and showing skin. Callbacks will be =
held Wednesday evening, March 7 at 7 p.m. and will include choreography =
and cold-reading scenes. Call 330-836-2626 for an appointment.

Needed:

12 Men age 25 - 50

of all ethnicitys and sizes who can act, sing and move well

8 Women age 25 - 40

of all ethnicitys and sizes who act and sing well

1 boy who can play age 12

1 Woman age 50s - 60s

character, funny and can carry a tune, might play piano

Director for the production is Jacqi Loewy, who returns to Weathervane =
having directed our recent production of The Last Five Years in addition =
to many other productions here. Originally from New York, she has =
Broadway acting and choreography credits to her name. Locally, she has =
directed at The Cleveland Play House, Cleveland Public Theatre, Lyric =
Opera Cleveland and Playhouse Square. She is the Artistic Director of =
Charenton Theater Company and on the theatre faculty at Lake Erie =
College. A proud member of AEA, she holds a graduate degree in directing =
and a BFA in musical theatre.

The Ohio Arts Council helped fund this program with state tax dollars to =
encourage economic growth,

education excellence and cultural enrichment for all Ohioans.
