Neohiopal is a service, and the most relevant aspect of any service is the
value to the receiver. Those questions of value are asked in my original
posting below - it is up to you and each person who uses Neohiopal to make those
"value-judgements" and decide whether to provide voluntary financial support
or to continue as a free subscriber.
As far as costs - the most significant cost is the hours I spend
administering the list on a daily basis.
