Jazz ensembles will be adjudicated by national and local jazz artists
during their performances.  Written and recorded comments will be
provided to the ensemble directors.  Also, interactive workshops will
take place with the Jazz ensembles at the conclusion of their
performance.

*        Ensembles will receive a warm-up time prior to performance. =20

*        Performance Workshops are scheduled for 40 minutes, which
includes set-up, performance, on-stage workshop with the clinicians and
tear-down time.

*        Tuned acoustic piano, drums, guitar and bass amps, sound system
provided.  If you need special equipment/instruments please let us know
and we will try to make it available.

*        Directors will receive audio tapes of their ensemble's
performance.=20

=20

*        Motivating and instructional clinics are scheduled throughout
the day.  To get the full benefit of this unique festival please plan to
stay and participate in clinics and other events.

*        If after registration you find that you are not able to
perform, please notify the festival as soon as possible so it can offer
your slot to another ensemble.
