Hi,

Until just a few minutes ago there had been no one-at-a-time (the  digest did 
work) postings since Wednesday afternoon, February 7.  I had  approved them, 
but they were jammed in Hostway's system.

The problem is resolved and the postings are arriving to you  currently.

During this period, I posted updates about the problem on my  website.  In 
the future, if you notice anything unusual happening with  NEohioPAL, you can
