*Workshop Players announces auditions for*:

*THE DIARY OF ADAM AND EVE *

Book by Jerome Coopersmith, Jerry Bock and Sheldon Harnick, music by Jerry
Bock and Sheldon Harnick, lyrics by Jerry Bock and Sheldon Harnick
Directed by: Teresa Lee Jenkins

Performance dates: April 19, 20, 21, 27, 28, 29, May 4, 5, 6, 2007

Audition will be held Sunday, February 18th, 7 -9 p.m. and Monday, February
19th, 7 -9 p.m.

Cast requirements:**

*Two men and one woman, ages 25-45. Please bring a prepared song and sheet
music. Accompanist will be provided. No tape or a capella.

Adam-cocky, bungling, and loveable - just can't make sense of the newest
creature in the garden - this talking animal who calls herself "she." *

*As effusive as she is naive, Eve is the smarter of the pair, perhaps
because she trusts her uncanny intuitive abilities. The two were made for
each other (literally). However, trouble brews when, attired in a smoking
jacket and weskit, the suave Serpent seduces Eve into tasting the forbidden
fruit. *
