Thank you for this, Fred.

I think, to help drive it home to the people who =B3overpost=B2, I might start
sending them direct emails each time (not through Fred=B9s site, just to them=
,
so they are the only ones getting them), saying =B3are you aware you have
already sent this?=B2, or =B3please proof closer, it will save both of us time
in the long run=B2. Maybe if others started doing this, as well, as the
person=B9s emails fill up with these notices, they might adjust their emailin=
g
patterns.

I am not saying to be rude about it, but maybe they aren=B9t aware how
frustrating it is finding the same email over and over again, or that their
overkill is actually possibly even driving people away...
