Does anyone know any good printers that aren't too expensive so I can self publish or a publisher that would be interested in a poetry/art book?
   
  I write the poetry and give it to local artists who either illustrate it or use it to influence a piece of art.  I have about 20 pieces from 16 different artists and a graphic designer currently working on page layout for all of the poems without art.
   
  Some amazing artists have really come through for me so I want to do their work, and my own, justice and present it well.  This being my first book, I lack the knowledge and funding to do this properly.
