WAS ASKED TO HELP POST THIS.

The Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine is currently recruiting actors to participate in educational programs designed to teach medical students interviewing and physical examination skills, as well as, cultural sensitivity. These individuals will have the opportunity to "bring medicine to life" by portraying people in need of medical care, as well as, make a needed contribution to the comprehensive medical education of future physicians in the Cleveland area. In order to create a balanced teaching environment, with opportunities to enhance young physician's cultural awareness, OUCOM particularly encourages the participation of diverse groups of people including, but not limited to: individuals for whom English is a second language, senior citizens, Amish, persons from Appalachian heritage, a variety of racial groups, individuals with physical challenges, and all sexual orientations (including gay, lesbian, bisexual, and trans-gender populations). Pay is $15
 per hour.

Interested persons may send their CV and picture via e-mail to Bray at ohio.edu
