AUDITIONS BY APPOINTMENT

1301 Weathervane Lane, Akron (in the Valley off Merriman Road)
Monday and Tuesday, March 5 & 6, starting at 7 p.m.
Prepare 1 ballad and 1 uptempo song.
Bring sheet music in the correct key; an accompanist will be provided.=20
Men must be comfortable with dancing and showing skin.
Callbacks will be held Wednesday evening, March 7 at 7 p.m. and will =
include choreography and cold-reading scenes.

Needed:

12 Men age 25 - 50 of all ethnicity and sizes who can act, sing and move =
well

8 Women age 25 - 40 of all ethnicity and sizes who act and sing well

1 boy who can play age 12

1 Woman age 50s - 60s character, funny and can carry a tune, might play =
piano

Director for the production is Jacqi Loewy, who returns to Weathervane =
having directed our recent production of The Last Five Years in addition =
to many other productions here. Originally from New York, she has =
Broadway acting and choreography credits to her name. Locally, she has =
directed at The Cleveland Play House, Cleveland Public Theatre, Lyric =
Opera Cleveland and Playhouse Square. She is the Artistic Director of =
Charenton Theater Company and on the theatre faculty at Lake Erie =
College. A proud member of AEA, she holds a graduate degree in directing =
and a BFA in musical theatre.
