AUDITIONS FOR "Having Our Say, the Delany Sisters' First 100 Years" 

Rabbit Run Theater is currently taking audition appointments for their
upcoming production of "Having Our Say, the Delany Sisters' First 100
Years".  This delightful show charmingly recounts the lives of Sadie and
Bessie Delany.  Each over 100 years old, the Delany sisters take the
audience on a remarkable journey  through the last 100 years of our nation's
history as seen through the eyes of these two pioneering African-American
professionals.

Two roles are available for African American women, ages 35 and up and able
to portray an elderly woman.  Auditions are Saturday, March 24, and Sunday,
March 25, 2:00 p.m. at Rabbit Run Community Arts Association, 49 Park St.,
Madison Village (intersection of Rt. 528 and Rt. 84).  Alternative time for
an audition is possible if requested.

Audition appointments are required.  Prepare a brief monologue (if
possible), any style is acceptable.  To schedule an appointment call RRCAA
at 440-428-5913.  The director is Vonnie Pilarczyk.  Production dates are
June 22, 23, 24, 28, 29, and 30 at Rabbit Run Theater, one of Ohio's few
remaining barn theaters, 5648 Chapel Rd., Madison.
