Tuesdays, Starting April 3, 2007

This class utilizes intensive scene-work sessions to explore the technique=20
of acting verse - specifically Shakespeare=E2=80=99s. We use the First Foli=
o as our=20
text and explore the rules of scansion, punctuation, capitalization,=20
phrasing and in-depth characterization; expanding the physical self to=20
embody the words. In this workshop we focus on some of the great=20
scenes of Shakespeare from the comedies, the histories and the tragedies.
