As part of the JCC's Educational Surround series, there will be a
Pre-Performance talk by CWRU Professor Peter Haas at 1pm and a
post-performance discussion with Northeast Ohio survivors will follow the
concert.

ABOUT SONG OF THE LODZ GHETTO
At the center of this jazz-klezmer-inflected show are BOW=B9s arrangements of
rare Jewish street and cabaret music from the Nazi ghetto of Lodz, Poland,
1940-44. A sparse but effective use of props, lighting and staging gives
the evening its theatrical character. The entire program is presented in
Yiddish with projected English super titles.
