So what is VacuForm??

VacuForm (also known as vacuum formed or thermal
formed) are 4'x8' sheets of plastic made from
molds that can be made of just about anything, but
the most common molds used in the theatrical
industry are Brick, Cobblestone, Castle Block,
Fieldstone, River Rock, Ceilings and Roofs,
sidings, Bamboo, you name it!  We heat these
plastic sheets to a high temperature and press
them over the mold which then creates a hollow
plastic shell of the object being molded.  They
are designed to interlock together.  These sheets
of vacuform can then be trimmed, stapled or glued
into position and painted to create beautiful sets
for your show, trade show displays, haunted
houses, etc.  We have many molds to choose from.
We can also create custom molds for you.  We work
with high impact polystyrene, ABS and PVC,
depending on your needs.
