A potential out of state relocation is taking place immediately or as =
soon as possible. Unfortunately we need to sell our dream home.=20

The house is a centurian Victorian house, plaqued at 1858.=20
Located in a beautiful upscale neighbourhood just outside Chagrin Falls, =
Ohio. The area alone is what makes it!

The house:

Top floor is 3 fair size bedrooms and spacious full bath. Each room has =
hardwood floors. Ceramic tile floors in bathroom with bright window that =
views over the land while you bathe.=20

Staircase going down to main level of house is magnificent. Solid wood =
spindled railings with a picturesque window at the center landing ideal =
for stain glass work. Presently carpeted landing in bedroom area, down =
the stairs but you may want to reconsider the keeping it carpetted. =
There is a ceiling fan high in the stair area. =20

Main level has hardwood floors. A dining area, long living room with =
wood cabinets built into the wall (original), a bright kitchen complete =
with an alternate wood burner. The living room holds the crafted main =
door including two vintage windows that are original from the period.  =
There is a doorway in the kitchen that leads onto a spacious wooden =
deck. Lots of further windows in living room and kitchen.=20

Off the kitchen (main level) leads to a sunken office area that can fit =
two desks, with an exterior door and a small 3 piece bathroom with a =
shower. Also a staircase leading upwards to a carpeted small loft that =
is a fair size also with a small stain glass window.  =20

The basement is very spacious with a door leading to the ground level. =
There is also a complete bathroom with huge jaqueze tub with a stain =
glass window nearby.=20

There is a ton of wood work through the house, some re-finished to =
period and some not re-finished. Most walls are plaster.=20

The lot size is approximately one acre. The house sits on a rural road =
with neighbours not on top of you from the back or sides. Accross the =
street is a forest so a few deer do move accross your property. The rear =
property is has many majestic trees among the open space.=20

There is a separate 3 car, 2 main huge door garage which we had rebuilt =
on the interior. It has been re-drywalled from the frame, insulated, =
