NEEDED ASAP! Roommates for great home in Cuyahoga Falls. Have two
bedrooms to rent. Would prefer two people to share each bedroom
(bedroom dimensions approximately 10' x 13'). SEEKING $450.00/month
(two people) plus shared utility expense ranging from around $150.00
- $250.00, depending on number of roommates. Great backyard, covered
patio, laundry facilities. Nice kitchen, dining room and living room
(all furnished) in really great area very close to expressway, stores
and restaurants. Other rental situations considered. Private
neighborhood pool possibilities, as well.
No smoking/no pets. First and last month rent plus security deposit
