[NEohioPAL]safety harness needed quick!

I, too, normally stay out of these things, but I think as a Technical Director, I should weigh in with a little advice on this as well - DON'T DO IT.  Safety harnesses are custom-fitted to the individual using them and should only be used by the person for whom they were tailored, and they should replace them every so many hours of use because the stress on the materials weakens them over time.

I guess my biggest question is why do you have a Jr. HS kid going up to the gym rafters to work on lights?  Isn't there an adult in the school system or a parent volunteer who has experience with, say a Genie lift, to go up in the air and do this?
