Hi Everybody, 
The use of rich text color backgrounds can spread to other messages on the  
digest version and mask people's ability to read them - yesterday for some  
people who have "mime" delivery a dark blue background covered many  messages. 
Also, messages are still slipping through (because I receive posting requests 
 in html form and only the first part of the message and sometimes can't tell 
 they are there...) with graphics, pictures and attachments.  REMEMBER, NO  
GRAPHICS OR ATTACHMENTS!
