June 16, 2007 festival, rally and parade are centerpieces of weekend events
Cleveland – May 22, 2007 – Launching the weekend of June 15 – 17, 2007, the 19th Cleveland Lesbian-Gay-Bi-Trans Pride celebrates the diversity of Northeast Ohio’s LGBT community and commemorates the gay rights movement in America. A whole series of events, with the nautical theme “Cruising With Pride,” provides family-friendly fun. Highlights include an outdoor festival, parade and rally, an interfaith service, pre- and post-event parties, performance troupe Lava Love and Logo cable channel reality starts Nemesis and comedian Jason Stuart.
Lava Love is a troupe of performance artists committed to developing original theatrical productions that combine dance, theater and acrobatics, integrating athletic physicality, intellectual rigor, social commentary, and relationship exploration.
Voinovich Park, located in downtown Cleveland right on Lake Erie and next to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, will be transformed into a nautical oasis, complete with new attractions, extended hours, and top name entertainment.

Goodtime III Cruise
Boarding time 5:30 p.m., departs 6:00 p.m., and returns 8:00 p.m.
Gourmet appetizers, meet and greet with Pride performing artists Joshua and Jacob Miller of Nemesis and comedian Jason Stuart. Admission: $250 and up donor level includes ticket to cruise and V.I.P. Saturday festival express pass. Tickets can be purchased via www.clevelandpride.org or by calling 216.371.0214.
