  Clague Playhouse will hold auditions June 18 & 19, 2007 at 7:30 PM  at the Playhouse for 
  Nightmare, A British Mystery, by Norman Robbins and directed by Ron Newell
  Performance Dates are September 14 - October 7, 2007
   
  Seeking actors for the following characters:
   
  Doris Meacham 50's
  Kathrine Willis  24-30
  Dr. Andrew Thorne 40's
  Michael Willis (limited mental ability) early 20's
  Raymond Shapley early 30's
  Marion Bishop (frail, walker or cane, but no wheelchair) 70's
  Laura Vinnecombe   mid 30's to 40
   
  .
  "Marion Bishop, an elderly writer of romantic novels is dying.  Her caretaker is called away and a nurse from London comes to care for her.  A series of mysterious phone calls and the appearance of Marion's nephew set off a nightmare which becomes increasingly complicated when the caretaker's brother is found murdered. Suspicion, deceit, and blackmail are woven into a web of crime which is completed by a dramatic confrontation scene just before an ingenious twist brings a surprising close."
