Civic Ballet of Cleveland (CBC) is welcoming dancers to audition for a two week summer ballet intensive from June 19 through June 29, 2007.

  Auditions are open to dancers 10-18 years old, male and female.
  Dancers must have strong ballet technique.

  Two week dance program will include:
  Ballet and Point Technique Master Classes
  Variations 
  Partnering Dance
  Character Dance (Spanish, Gypsy, Eastern European Styles of Dance)
  Contemporary
  Modern
  Nutrition Seminar
  Stage Theater Makeup Class

  Faculty:
  Karen Gabay (Principal Dancer with San-Jose Ballet & Point of Departure)
  Inna Stabrova (Artistic Director of Ohio Youth Ballet)
  Desmond Davis (Assistant Artistic Director Cleveland Contemporary Dance Theatre)
  Juris Safonovs (Former Principal Dancer with Latvian Ballet Theatre and Virginia Ballet)
  Artour Bajanov (Artistic Director of Civic Ballet of Cleveland, Former Principal Dancer with Moscow Ballet and Bolshoi Ballet)

  Open Auditions will be held on June 2nd, 2007 at 10:00 am-11:30 am, also June 4th, 2007 at 4:00 pm-5:30 pm.
