I teach 3 a week, starting in June:
  
Wednesday mornings 9 am- 10:15 am
Six week session for beginner to intermediate students
Starting June 6th - July 18 (no class July 4th)
At Massage & Healing Arts

Class is $50 for the six weeks

Thursday evenings 7:30 pm - 8:45 pm
Ongoing classes for Beginner students

This therapeutic and gentle style of yoga will focus on bringing ourselves into balance with the principles of unifying male/female, hard/soft, light/dark.
