We are a not-for-profit Performing Arts Center with a 1400 seat =
proscenium hall that actively presents and produces over 60 live events =
throughout the year, including the Mansfield Symphony Orchestra.=20


JOB TITLE: 		Box Office Manager
TYPE:			Full time, non-exempt
HOURS:		Tuesday =E2=80=93 Saturday, 9:00 am =E2=80=93 5:00 pm
REPORTS TO:	General Manager

Duties:	The RPA Box Office Manager is the front line customer service =
manager for the organization.

=EF=82=A7	Manage and maintain ticketing infrastructure for all RPA =
events
=EF=82=A7	Schedule and train all part-time and volunteer box office =
staff
=EF=82=A7	Oversee all subscriber and member sales
=EF=82=A7	Serve as facility receptionist
=EF=82=A7	Serve as RPA Board assistant, taking minutes and assembling =
and distributing Board packets
=EF=82=A7	Create and implement new procedures to enhance ticket buying =
experience
=EF=82=A7	Maintain accurate ticket sales accounting at all times
=EF=82=A7	Be responsible for cash handling policy including bank drops =
and deposits
=EF=82=A7	All other duties as assigned to support the entire RPA team

Requirements:

=EF=82=A7	High school diploma, Bachelor=E2=80=99s degree preferred
=EF=82=A7	Experience with customer service in a retail or call center =
environment is desired
=EF=82=A7	Excellent verbal and written skills
=EF=82=A7	Friendly, polite and fun
=EF=82=A7	Enjoys a high paced environment on a small team
=EF=82=A7	Knowledge and experience of Choice Ticketing system a plus
=EF=82=A7	Experience in an Arts organization a plus
