I LOVE YOU, YOU’RE PERFECT, NOW CHANGE

Gannett Newspapers declared, ILYYPNC is “Hilarious! The most entertaining show on or off Broadway!” Written by Joe DiPietro with music by Jimmy Roberts.
Western Reserve Playhouse proudly brings this new and exciting show to our stage for four weekends. Performances will run on July 13, 14, 20, 21, 22*, 27, 28, Aug. 3 and 4th.

The authors see this show as a celebration of the mating game as it takes on the truths and myths behind the contemporary conundrum know as “the relationship.”
Act I explores the journey from the dating and waiting game to love and marriage, while Act II reveals the agonies and triumphs of in-laws and newborns, trips in the family car and pick up techniques of the geriatric set. This hilarious revue pays tribute to those who have loved and lost, to those that have fallen on their face at the portal of romance, to those who have dared to ask, “Say, what are doing Saturday night? Variety said, “It is smartly conceived..with catchy tunes and witty lyrics.”

Director Bob Kmiecik brings it all together with a well chosen cast in Stephanie Newport, Marie Jacobs, Josh Bricker and Jerry Schaber. Musical Director Beth Ayers leads this talented group musically through their various stages with “A Stud and A Babe,” “Not Tonight, I’m Busy, Busy, Busy,” while the girls return with “Men Who Talk and the Women Who Pretend They’re Listening” and “Tear Jerk.”

Sets again will be in the capable hands of Walt Kaminski, Donna Curfman is customer, Rena Alessio Baker acts as choreographer and Edward Bixenstein plays the base. Sue Snyder and Marie Dusini are the producers.
