The Royalton Players will be holding auditions for "The Robin Hood Caper" by
Fred Carmichael July 22nd and 23rd at 7pm. Carmichael takes an old plot -
rob
from the rich and give to the poor - and adds an amusing modern slant with 4
retired crooks who use their talents for charitable purposes.

All roles available. The cast consists of 6 men and 4 women. Description
of
characters:

The 4 "retired" crooks carry the bulk of the play, consisting of:
•	Flora Langley: an old and very kindly soul
•	Jason Bosley: speaks with a soft, almost ministerial quality in his
voice
•	Emily Jordan: perhaps the youngest of the four. The best preserved with
a good figure for one her age.
•	Phillip Mullins: older than the other three but with a wonderful sense
of humor and something of a flirt.
Other characters:
•	Richard Collins: middle aged, handsome in a more rugged then pretty-boy
way.
•	Jessica Selby: attractive in mid twenties to thirties with a keen sense
of humor but capable of being firm.
•	Hubert Ratner: middle aged, smooth and overly confident to the point of
being almost oily.
•	Warren Coates: also middle aged, always trying to please but has
unfortunate way of always saying the wrong thing.
•	Frederick Ruggles: middle aged pleasant looking man whose gruffness
hides quite a warm heart.
•	Sylvia Coates: proper wife of a small-town official.

Ages are approximate. Will consider individuals who are not the ages
indicated
but can be made up to look that age.

Auditions will be held at the Masonic Temple, 6320 Royalton Rd in North
Royalton (on 82 across from Arby's). Please be prepared to read from the
script. The show will run September 21, 22, 23, 28, and 29.
