Royalton Players present the 50's baseball musical Damn Yankees, August 17,=
 18, 24, and 25 at 8pm. =20

Following Washington Senators's fanatic, Joe Boyd (Mike Petit), Damn Yankee=
s looks at how one man's dream to see his favorite team clobber the Yankees=
 ends up in deal to sell his soul for the chance. With the help of the devi=
l, also known as Mr. Applegate (Bob Kenderes), this fantasy becomes a reali=
ty, as Joe Boyd is transformed into 22 year old Joe Hardy (Cody Zak).  Howe=
ver, Joe's climb to the top is not without qualms as the thought of leaving=
 his wife Meg (Patty Devine) troubles him, although Mr. Applegate skillfull=
y attempts to divert him with the vixen Lola (Abbey Studor).

Also in the cast are Linda Waranai, Nancy Settle, Katherine Tekesky, Robert=
 Masseria, Mike Yonkura, Joe Mikolajczyk, Ryan Grimes, Jamie Scott, Jeremy =
Stanfield, Mark Berardi, Ed Ault, Matt Ferdig, Dan Sweet, Annmarie Steffes,=
 Joe McIntyre, Maggie Majercik, Colleen Carrick, and Kristin Brosky. The sh=
ow is directed by Chuck Poliafico and the music director is Jason Jedlicka.

Performances of Damn Yankees will be held at the Royalton Players's home at=
 the Edwin S. Griffith Masonic Lodge, 6320 Royalton Road in North Royalton =
