[NEohioPAL]Wonderful acting opportunity or a big scam???

Hello folks! I just found this post on the TV/Film/Video/Casting section of Craigslist and would like to know if somebody know anything about this project, if you think it is legitimate or if it is a big scam. The reasons why I'm not sure if this is legitimate or not is because it says it has a budget of $1,000,000 (ok, it may be, I have been in a $2,000,000 movie), but I just though that if they have such a big budget they will go to agencies to cast people, not posting it on a classifieds web. Then they say they'll pay $3,000 for major roles (not even under SAG jurisdiction you get pay this much at least you are famous, of course). Then, they don't say the name of the movie, what is it about, which characters are they casting for (only one) or what is the production company or people behind this project. They say too, after this movie you will have an establish career in the movie industry as an actor/actress. Here is what they posted, let me know what you think:
We are beginning to cast for our upcoming feature film, which will be shot in Ohio later this year. The budget for this film will be around 1 million dollars so this will be a serious and major production. Principle players will be paid no less than $3000 for approximately two weeks of work. We say no less than because pay rates will vary based on the role you are casted for, your past experience, etc. That said, no prior experience is necessary, everyone will receieve equal attention and consideration. If you are interested in securing an audition, we will need the following pieces of information from you: Name and Age Contact Information: Number, Email Address, Myspace Page, Whatever way we can best get in touch with you, the more ways the better A Resume if you have one: For Wardrobe purposes, your height, weight, and bust: Tell us if 
there are any types of scenes you are not willing to do...i.e. violence, drug use, nudity, suicide, etc. And finally, include a photo of yourself, does not have to be a professional headshot. Some more information for those curious: We will not be auditioning everyone who inquires about this ad. With the ability to pay actors and actresses, you have the option to not audition certain people. With that said, we advise that you do something to make your inquiry stand out. What that will be is up to you, but we advise that you think of some way to make your application stand out, and when it comes to making a lasting impact on us, there are no limitations. We are only looking to cast the female roles at this time. Your time will be coming next week guys so please be patient. We are very interested in casting an older female, someone who can play 
between the ages of 35 and 40, who would not be opposed to a scene involving showing a little bit of skin. However, that is only one part. There are plenty of other parts for females from a wide variety of ages. And finally, this project and its funding are legitimate. Those who choose to send in their application for this project will be giving themselves the opportunity of a lifetime to make it in this industry. We hope to hear from many of you soon.
