Intern Duties:

 

.Intern in four separate areas with seven different agents-Broadcast, print,
voice-talent media and promotional trade show
.Assisting the agents in setting up and calling out auditions for TV, film
and go-sees for print
.Scouting talent
.Client relationship development-scouting and developing new sales contacts
and consulting with existing clients
.Sitting in on auditions
.Assisting in promotional departments, scheduling and organizing talent for
different promotions
.Working with agents in finding talent for Ad Agencies, Film Companies,
Marketing Firms, Recording Studios, Photographers, Video Production Houses
and any other companies in the entertainment industry dealing with talent
.Assisting agents in choosing and booking talent for television commercials,
non-broadcast industrial videos and radio voice-overs
.Help conduct and direct voice-over and on-camera auditions
.Updating clients and talent databases
.Assisting agents in writing rough scripts for auditions
- Administrative work as needed


Qualifications: Disciplined worker, enthusiastic, ambitious, personable and
an interest in the entertainment industry a plus

Preferred Majors: Communications, Marketing, English and Theater

Hours Requested: 15-25 hours/week, but will work around student class
schedule

Compensation: Internship is unpaid, but complimentary Theater tickets and
the opportunity to attend industry functions are possible.
