Learn the art and technology of designing and delivering costumes for =
the stage. The Costume Designer knows to create clothing and accessories =
to establish time, place and characterization. Costumers know how to =
build costumes that will look good and stand up to the demands of the =
stage. Learn how to design and build costuming for plays and musicals.

Physical Storytelling
November 10, 2007
Each story has many faces. This class helps actors find the specific =
stories that create dynamic scenes. Every scene has a big story but it =
is the little ones that make actors stand out on the stage. Please wear =
loose-fitting clothes and athletic shoes for this class.

Introduction to Stage Combat
November 17, 2007
Bip! Zonk! Pow! This class offers the opportunity for actors to learn =
some skills to safely create illusions of violence. John has =
choreographed hundreds of shows nationwide and performed live stage =
combat in over four thousand performances of his sword-fighting comedy =
show, "Hack & Slash." Please wear loose-fitting clothes and athletic =
shoes for this class.

Swordplay for the Stage=20

Bring out your inner swashbuckler! Introduction to basic rapier for the =
stage. Whether you are playing Hamlet, Macbeth, or James Bond, the skill =
of swordplay will enhance your performance. This skill is one sought =
