[NEohioPAL] why is microsoft outlook delivering neohiopal mail differently than before?

Hi Everybody,
 
If you are using Microsoft Outlook to receive the NEW Neohiopal  mail, I am 
sure you have noticed a few differences.
 
One-at-a-time postings -- There is an attachment on every  email.  Fear not, 
it is only the footer with important list  information.  There is no way to 
change this - Sorry.
 
Digest postings -- The digest is coming to you as one long message  instead 
of an attachment for each message.  You can correct this by  switching your 
settings to "mime" instead of "plain text."  Go to this page  and log in to your 
account page to change your settings:
