[NEohioPAL] DIGEST SUBSCRIBERS: Do you want your "attachments" back ?

Hi Everybody,
 
While the cutover to the new version of Mailman on "Listserve.com"  has gone 
relatively smoothly, there are some differences from the old version  that are 
bothering some people.
 
Some of the "digest" subscribers aren't able to receive the  postings as a 
series of attachments they way they used to - they are getting one  long message 
with the postings in list form.
 
If you use "Microsoft Outlook" all you need to do to fix this is  change your 
settings to "Mime" delivery instead of "Plain Text" by accessing  your 
account page at the bottom of this link:

There is no sure way to solve this with OTHER email systems, so I  recommend 
that you open up a new email address to exclusively use for  Neohiopal, and 
subscribe to the message "one-at-a-time" instead of  "digest."  In effect, you 
will create a "real-time" digest with all the  messages appearing separately.
