A Benefit for the Ronald McDonald House(r) of Cleveland

 

Who: Young Professionals Group of the Ronald McDonald House of
Cleveland.

 

What: Fourth Annual Celebs in the House happy hour event.  Featuring
Guest Host Mike Polk of 43 The Block and Musical Guest, Minor Setback.

 

Where: House of Blues, 308 Euclid Avenue, in the Cambridge Room.

 

When: Thursday, October 11, 2007 from 5:30 to 9 P.M.

 

Why: To Raise Money for the Ronald McDonald House.

For more than 28 years, Ronald McDonald House has provided a
home-away-from-home for families whose children are receiving treatment
at area medical centers.  Over this time, the House has offered more
than 28,000 families from all 50 states and 66 countries a place to rest
their weary minds and bodies.  It provides a place to carry out basic
tasks such as laundry, making a home-cooked meal, and allows families to
interact with others in similar circumstances.  The success of Celebs in
the House allows the Ronald McDonald House to offer rooms on a sliding
scale to those families who cannot afford to pay the $20 nightly room
charge (actual cost is $75).  In 2006, reduced or deferred fees totaled
nearly $100,000.

 

Ticket Information: Tickets are $15 pre-sale and can be ordered online
at https://www.clevelandrmh.org/support/donation.php or by phone at
(216) 229-5757. Tickets will also be available at the door for $20.
Along with live entertainment, guests can also enjoy great appetizers
and a fabulous raffle including a trip to Florida!
