Playwrights Project (PWP) in San Diego seeks Development Director to increase capacity at nationally recognized arts education nonprofit.  Since 1985, PWP has launched writing careers and transformed lives through school programs, California Young Playwrights Contest, professional productions of new plays, and teacher education.   Qualifications: strong communication/interpersonal skills; successful track record securing grants and major gifts; ability to oversee comprehensive fundraising plan; experience coordinating small events; knowledge of philanthropic community. Friendly and enriching environment. Work with a team to achieve ambitious but realistic goals.
