PRAYER WARRIORS RETURN TO CASSIDY THEATRE
FOR TWO PERFORMANCES ONLY NOVEMBER 2 & 3

An award winning Performing Arts group, under the creative direction of Executive Producer, Herb Thomas; Musical Director, Clifton Beasley; and Booking Agent, Sharon Chalklett, is performing once again at the Cassidy Theatre, 6200 Pearl Road, Parma Heights. For tickets contact 440-842-4600. They were heard singing “You Raise Me Up” recently during the production of the play Violet. Now hear them for two evenings, November 2 & 3, at 8:00pm, spread their “inspirational groove”. The Prayer Warriors continue to push the envelope in all that they do; whether it’s their special brand of music or the venues that they play, they bring their “Inspirational Groove” to all who will listen. Their repertoire runs the gamut of Amazing Grace to Pink Floyd’s, Another Brick in the Wall. The Prayer Warriors are sought after by such greats as Josh Groban, Peter Yarrow, Foreigner, Diana Ross, and Colin Dussault to sing background. The Warriors took the non-traditional route to become one of the most dynamic groups around. Although many of the members started in church, the Prayer Warriors started their mission of spreading their inspirational groove in nursing homes and coffee houses. You can hear them in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake and Summit counties in venues ranging from Churches, Weddings, Bars, County Fairs, Schools and Neighborhood festivals spreading their message of inspiration. Geoff Short, Producer, of Violet states, “There is no substitute for the uplifting feeling and glorious sound of the Prayer Warriors and they lent exactly the thrilling authenticity to the pivotal scene in which they appeared…..
