The Green Room Comedy Halloween Comedy Contest. "Kent's funniest person contest"
  Have you always wanted to play The Green Room in Kent?
   
  Would you like to headline the Green Room at a later date and win cash?

  Oct.31st. We are having the first ever Green Room Comedy Contest. We are taking the first 12 comedians to compete against each other for a chance to headline the room at a later date and win cash!
   
  Here are the rules.
   
  $5 to enter
   
  Bring your best 5min. of comedy
   
  Audience votes (as well as the bartenders, owner, yourself, and bookers)
   
  What does the winner get?
   
  They will headline the Green Room and will be paid headliner money at a later date.
   
  Full page ad in the Kent Stater (with your photo) the week you headline
   
  Cash Prize $$$
   
  Tickets to the Cleveland Improv.
   
  You will also close out the show the night you win.
   
  *Second place prize will get feature money and mention in the ad.
