Beginning Dance
Mondays 7:30 - 8:30pm
$10 Drop In / $30 Monthly Rate

Learn to dance now!  Increase your flexibility, build
your core strength and challenge your memory.  Dance
is the perfect way to relax after a long day and a
great way to stay in shape over the winter.  There's
no experience necessary for beginning dance classes
and you don't have to commit to coming every week. 
Just drop in when you can.

Intermediate Dance
Saturdays 2:30 - 4:00pm
$10 Drop In / $30 Monthly Rate

Build on your basic skills and fine tune your
instrument.  Release unwanted tension; utilize a full
range of motion; build functional strength; increase
your qualitative range and embody intricate
combinations.

Directed Movement Improv
Day and Time TBA
$5 Drop In Fee

Everyone needs a chance to cut loose and sometimes you
want to do it your way.  Explore the big world of
movement possibilities while being led on a dance
exploration.  Each session will focus on different
elements.  Contact if interested in this new class.
