Location: The Carousel Rehearsal Hall, Building 129 Canal Place for
Space (downtown Akron) 5th Floor.

ODD COUPLE, Carousel Dinner Theatre (Akron, OH) Joseph Palmer Executive
Producer; Sean Cercone, Artistic Director, Michael Brindisi, Director;
Neil Simon, author.  

Rehearsals begin Dec 27th; First Performance January 9th 2008; Closes
February 23rd 2008.  Seeking Oscar Madison - 40ish, beer drinking,
baseball watching, carefree, sports writing slob with a big heart.
Felix Unger - 40's, anal retentive, compulsively tidy,  news writer for
CBS.  Murray - 40's - one of the poker playing buddies of Oscar and
Felix. A policeman, a bit simple and naive.  Cecily Pigeon -one half of
the Pigeon sisters.  30's, British, attractive, uninhibited and fun.
Gwendolyn Pigeon - the other half.  A "mother hen" type. Like her sister
Cicely, Gwendolyn is in her 30s, British, attractive. She is a little
slower mentally than her sister.  Roy - 20-40's - Oscar's accountant and
a man with an acute sense of smell. Slightly neurotic.  Speed - 20's -
40's one of the poker playing buddies.  He is impatient, sarcastic,
complaining, and even a little mean. Vinnie, 20's - 40's one of the
poker playing buddies.  Nervous and eccentric.  Auditions will take
place at The Carousel Rehearsal Hall, Building 129 Canal Place for Space
(downtown Akron) 5th Floor.
