[NEohioPAL] Talent Group seeking talent agent interns!

The Talent Group (www.talentgroup.com) of Cleveland is seeking interns for the upcoming semester (january through may). The position is unpaid but offers a great opportunity for anyone learning to gain contacts and experience in the entertainment industry. Interns assist agents in the areas of broadcast (commercials, industrial training videos, film & television, and voiceovers for radio and TV), print (commercial print, fashion, and runway), and promotions (event marketing, product sampling, tradeshows, and car shows). Duties include:
   
  Assisting in auditions for commercials, industrials, films, and voiceovers
  Contacting talent regarding auditions, castings, and bookings
  Selecting talent to be submitted for auditions
  Selecting talent to be submitted for print work
  Helping maintain all SAG/AFTRA regulations and contracts
  Helping choose talent photos for headshots and portfolios
  Maintaining electronic talent database
  Photographing talent for potential jobs and/or updated files
  Scouting talent  
  Helping develop existing talent  
  Attending theatre productions, fashion shows, film screenings, parties, and other industry functions
  Answering telephones, filing headshots, picture inventories and other office duties as needed
   
  School credit may be possible, however you do not have to be in college to intern. Enthusiasm, organization, and a desire to learn more about this industry is a requirement, previous experience in theatre, film, fashion or photography is a plus. 
   
  Flexible schedules available—all we ask is that you work at least two 4 hour shifts per week (normal office hours). Please send resumes and/or letters of interest to brian at talentgroup.com.
