KIDS ON STAGE PROGRAM
Musictopia

This workshop is designed for students who want the experience of
developing a musical and seeing it through to performance. Actors in
this class will be cast in roles, and spend class time rehearsing and
developing scenes, songs and dances in an original script full of
Broadway and pop favorites. A wonderful choice for children who are
enthralled with singing, moving and storytelling.

This session's theme is Musictopia. Students will explore interesting
characters as creatures of Musictopia through the use of a provided
script and score. The babies and kids will be combined this session for
the first hour to try and provide the babies with some guidance from
older students and involve them more in the production.

Note: Due to the nature of the class, regular attendance is mandatory
for the entire 10 weeks. Students MUST attend all performances to be
eligible for the program.
