We are currently looking for a new (non-smoker) housemate to share our east-side home. Prefer artist or performer because, let's face it, nobody else understands us anyway.
 
Hardwood floors
driveway
garage
storage shed (which can be used as workshop)
backyard
kitchen (all appliances)
Washer & Dryer
finished basement/office space
finished attic
two bathrooms
work bench area
close to bus line
 
Rent is $300 per month plus split utilities
