                   Noon – 1:30      Sivananda-Style Hatha Yoga with

                   1:30 – 1:45        Extra long Savasana and guided  
meditation
                   1:45 – 3:00        Svaroopa-Style Hatha Yoga with  
Cathy
                   3:00 – 5:00       Discussion: Yoga off the Mat- 
Yoga Practice for Everyday
                                                       Life followed  
by Question and Answer Session




Open house from noon to five, join us for all or part of the day.

This event is open to students of all levels and beginners are welcome.
Come learn more about your practice, meet other instructors and  
students and, most importantly, indulge in an afternoon of relaxation  
and bliss!
