Dear Friends and Family,

As all of you are aware, my nephew Sammy was born
almost three years ago with a bad liver. He had a
disease called Biliary Atresia, and the long short of
it is that he had to have a liver transplant at 6
months old. Thank God his mother Amy was a perfect
blood match and in good health because she ended up
being the donor.

As of today Sammy is doing much better and so is Amy.
As a matter of fact, Sammy has a new little sister
Lauryn Olivia, and she is a great addition to the
family. I truly believe between God, The Cleveland
Clinic, and all of our family, Sammy was able to pull
through this and become a normal boy who loves to
drive his parents crazy.

I have so much love and respect for The American Liver
Foundation that on:
Friday March 7, 2008 from 7 - 9PM at Seekers Coffee
House in Mentor, my jazz quartet is going to play and
donate every nickle collected to this foundation. I
am asking that you look at your schedules and try to
come out that evening and support an organization that
truly helps people. The cost is $5 at the door and it
will all go to this worthy foundation.

I am attaching a flyer for you to hang up and promote.
Again, lets all gather together for a nice evening at
Seekers Coffee House, rock the place with good jazz,
and give back.

Thank You for your time, and I hope to see you there

Sincerely,

Michael Palermo
