Join us for these upcoming special events --

Take sides in Cleveland's Battle of the Bridges, enjoy a humorous tall tale about Ohio roads and hear other TALES OF THE WESTERN RESERVE at the Renaissance Center; 26376 John Rd. in Olmsted Township on February 18, 2008 at 7p.m. This storytelling program is FREE and open to the public. Hear about Ohio's role in the Underground Railroad at the Elyria Retirement Community; 145 Academy Ct in Elyria on February 26, 2008 at 2p.m when Bette Lou Higgins presents NEXT STOP, FREEDOM!. This storytelling program is FREE and open to the public. For more information, call the Center at 440-322-2292.

LETTERS IN THE MARGINS will be presented at the Kleist Center for Art and Drama at Baldwin-Wallace College; 95 East Bagley Rd in Berea on February 29, 2008 at 6p.m. This Reader's Theatre program tells the story of a young Jewish couple and their escape from Nazi occupied Europe during WWII. The performance is FREE and open to the public and will precede a performance of Baldwin-Wallace professor Jack Winget's new show, A NIGHTMARE OF CRIME, a docudrama about the Sunderkommandos of Auschwitz.
