[NEohioPAL] Need a keyboard & advice

I'd like to buy a (preferably) used keyboard + software to hook up to 
my computer for composition, just kind of foolin' around stuff.

I think a 61-key board would be fine, but I'd appreciate any advice 
you have for me re models, capabilities, etc.
