The Cleveland Museum of Art Performing Arts Department is

Seeking 2 male actors for its production of:

 

THE GAMBLERS   By Nikolai Gogol         Opening May 22, 2008

 

We are looking for:

-  A male actor who can play a man in his 60's 

 - A male actor to double as a man in his 40's and a man in his 50's.   

 

Color blind casting: actors with various ethnic backgrounds are
encouraged to audition. 

Mime, magic, card tricks desirable.

The Gamblers is a hilarious romp about a professional gambler traveling
on a highly profitable con job. After stopping at a provincial inn where
he believes that he is playing against local pinheads, he's poised to
pull off his perfect scam. Little does he know the kind of scorpions
he's dealing with. 

 

 

 

This production is part of the Cleveland Museum of Art's VIVA! and Gala
Around Town performance series
