Hi,
My name is Shannon and I'm a little new to NEOhioPAL. I am starting up my own dance group, Dancing Grace. It's a program I am offering through my church, Tallmadge Lutheran. It starts now and will run through May. Dancing Grace is for everyone and meets every Thursday from 7-8:30pm at the Tallmadge Lutheran Church Gym, 759 East Ave. in Tallmadge. There we will have fun learning a little tap, jazz, hip hop, and maybe some ballroom. If interested give call me at (330) 760-4744. Below is a copy of the flyer.
Sincerly,
Shannon

Agenda Summery
Learn different kinds of dance like tap, jazz, hip hop, and Latin. It’s a time to have fun, get to know people, and get a work out for FREE. We’ll start the night with a slight stretch, learn some moves and create a dance. After that we’ll relax with a scripture reading and discussion on the day. It’s FREE and good for anyone of all ages.
Instructor
Shannon Dailey:
Dancing since she was three, Shannon has been learning all kinds of dance and has been keeping up with the art for about 20 years. Shannon took classes at Jean Shepherd’s Dance Studio. There she learned tap, jazz, ballet, and point. When she was 13 years old, Shannon was an assistant dance teacher for Jean Shepherd for six years. She would help teach children how to dance. In her high school years, Shannon was in the colorguard. In her senior year, she taught her marching band how to spin a flag. The routine she created took the band to a state competition. When Shannon went to college, at the University of Akron, she took classes in modern, ballet, and ballroom. She was also in the University of Akron’s “Ohio’s Pride” Marching Band. She created dances for the colorguard. Shannon graduated from Akron with a BA in Communications and a minor in Dance. Shannon’s current endeavors are choreographing wedding dances for the couples first dance as
husband and wife and a dance instructor for the Tallmadge Recreation Center.
The goal for Dancing Grace is to get people together in a class that will not only give you a work out but will also bring people closer together in Christ. It’s a way to impress your friends and family at your next party. For more information call Shannon @ (330) 760-4744. Classes will start January 17th. Classes are always open so come on in and bring a friend!
