[NEohioPAL] clarification - policy on buying, selling or renting items through neohiopal

Hi folks,
 
Just a little clarification on selling / buying / renting - houses,  
apartments, cars and other items on Neohiopal.  This represents a slight  change from 
the previous policy.
 
You ARE allowed to post if these are your own  items.  
 
Ads from real estate companies, car dealerships, etc are NOT  allowed.
 
If you are not sure if your item(s) qualify, you can write to me at  this 
address in advance to find out.
